The resorts location on the pristine and protected Maputuland Coast promises crystal clear waters, glistening lakes and coastal forests. Access is only by a 4x 4 vehicle and Wi-Fi is limited – lending an intimate, relaxing quality that will suit ‘get-away-from-it-all-ers’.

Lovers of seascapes can discover shallow reefs abundant with sea life, snorkelling here is a must – dolphins may well join in. The intrepid can partake in a spider and scorpion walk as well as turtle tracking and kayaking. There are enough activities to keep every family member entertained and soaking up the sun on the 4km (perfectly safe) white sandy beach is a delight here. Local sights include hippo and bird spotting at Lake Sibaya and cultural tours are well-informed and sensitive.
